Children Under the Age of 13

  • information that you provide by filling in forms on our Website. This includes information provided when you contact us, apply to be a Facilitator, fill out various surveys, and/or sign a release for your child to work with the Company as part of the AVID program at their school.
  • records and copies of your correspondence (including email addresses), if you contact us.

As you navigate through and interact with our Website, we may use automatic data collection technologies to collect certain information about your equipment, browsing actions, and patterns, including:

  • details of your visits to our Website, including traffic data, location data, logs, and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on the Website.

At this time, we do not use any automatically collected data for any purpose. If we use such data in the future, We will update this policy. We reserve the right to use such data in the future to enable us to:

  • estimate how many potential individual counseling clients find us through the Website.
  • estimate how many potential schools and non-profit organizations find us through the Website.

  • To our partner schools and non-profit organizations to notify them of the UVA students who intend to be involved with the program and their backgrounds and qualifications for working with minors.
  • To contractors, service providers, and other third parties (which may include donors to and sponsors of either the Company or its partner schools and non-profit organizations) we use to support our business and who are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
  • To a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of Rise 4 Real Change LLC’s assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by Rise 4 Real Change LLC about our Website users is among the assets transferred.
